I will say that the atmosphere of a property can change within 1 street, so get to know it well or find someone that does.Thanks for asking.

When I owned BREIA and MD-REIA, we did have a few speakers that we never invited back.

I'm pretty sure most of that misinformation came from the media that continues to create an atmosphere of fear mongering.

How is the general rental atmosphere for the landlord? 

The family of the deceased sues the guest that punched him, the tenant who invited him and you as the landlord.
