I have seen multiple basement/crawl space water intrusion issues fixed by having the properly cleared gutters.

It sounds like the NDA you received is trying to combine the NDA with some basic screening / data collection.I get that it seems intrusive, but I would fill it out. 

Electric baseboard is easier, cheaper to maintain, and less intrusive on the overall construction process.

@Matthew Grisafe in Kansas City specifically I have noticed that water intrusion in the basement is something to look out for.

The difference is build quality and intrusion level.

On top of that, the sewer lines started backing up, the tree fell and broke the fence, the wall started leaking, the hot water pressure malfunctioned after the water heater was replaced, and last but not least, we had a scorpion intrusion...

Currently I like a house found online, and have an inspector inspected the house but come out with water intrusion in the basement which cause the Mold on the basement's ceiling.

I'm uncomfortable with this because it seems rudely intrusive.

Geez you don’t think that’s a bit intrusive ??
