I have bought my properties with cash thus far, but i am looking for any information on any kind of loans that might be available for international real estate investing. 

Those reinsurance policies more or less filter back to 3-5 large international providers.

The biggest problem is that they usually internally supply parts - so if your part is unique by any means, you will be waiting until they can source that part.

Today it's not being able to internally transfer funds which has pushed my coping with them over the line and I'm interested in hearing if there's better options out there.
