My goal is 25 doors in 5 years, my struggle right now is deciding to either go back to work and save up money to continue or come up with a way to leverage financing to stay afloat myself and stick with it, waking up everyday 100% dedicated to my real estate. 

If you plan to resell, I think it's wise to discuss with seller in advance and that way the lien on the property can be transferred to second buyer, but you can continue to make payments at the former schedule etc.

You also have to be super detail-oriented, focused on continuous improvement regarding the property and guest experience, very in-touch with what it's like to be a guest at the property (and a cleaner of it as well), and focused on technological tools and opportunities. 

The course has broken website links, broken video links, and there was very little to no actual teaching going on between the student and instructor unless you would be willing to pay even more for that 1-on-1 training.

How do you continue  guaranteeing a rate of return or redemptions when the asset class is real estate which is not liquid?

Will you continue to add units2.

Interest rates atm seem quite high so will ride this out a bit longer (and ratios will continue to improve over time.) 

Continue to expand my bareland funding for land flippers .

When you do that, you can get better pricing and leaves less room for error.The best advice is to push forward as quick as possible, fail forward, and always continue to introspect on what you would do differently and then ACTUALLY go back and implement that change (easier to say than do).

Then continue moving from one unit to the others until you renovate them all.
