My tenants I gave them an out a few weeks back and they insisted they still wanted the property and for me to take  ever how long I wish to get everything in order. 

Extend your inspection period if needed, don’t jump to conclusions until you have seen the unit......but don’t allow the tenant to put you and the seller off any longer, insist on an inspection soon.

Those demons were very insistent!

@Mark Anderson, you have to do your own due diligence and insist upon seeing actual expenses, income, current leases, etc. 

While the sale was still in attorney review, the attorneys for the auction house tried to impose a contract with all kinds of odd exceptions and carve outs that they insisted the buyer accept on the title insurance.

You need to ask how long they're insisting you live in the home after the project and fulfill that requirement. 

I know my bank also always ask if seller provided the tax return (although it doesn't seem they insist on it).
