That is why people describe the commercial space as more of a dog-eat-dog environment.

I'm not sure what all these negative posts about STR are about, but if you get in the right room with the right people, it'll change how you think on the current STR real estate environment.

Or course there is always a deal out there and people can still be successful in this environment but the days of finding a property on mls and having it turn to gold are over.
