I've encountered city government meetings where their attorney will tell them that an ordinance or whatever they are voting on may skirt the law a little bit and their attorney will tell them to go ahead and vote on it and if a citizen figures it out and calls them on it they may have to amend. 

I know in many places you can invest a couple million $$$ to become a citizen and then purchase land.

I've done some research but am looking for someone who could guide me in understanding the process to help Chinese citizens purchase real estate in the US.

The reason is because American citizens faith in bankers and our banking system is dwindling.  

If your target is senior citizens, that could be an issue.I have used the Cozy application and it is very fast, but not very thorough.

And I’m also a US citizen so I have to file a US return anyways. 

I’m a US citizen with an SSN, Canadian resident.

If they are senior citizens and are wheelchair-bound Medi-Cal will pay for care for them to stay in a skilled nursing facility all-expenses-paid.
