Are their listings detailed with good-quality photos?

I'm looking at purchasing a small multi-family rental property in the Allentown or Philadelphia area, and I plan to use the BRRRR strategy.I'm struggling with the best way to analyze potential properties to ensure a solid ARV and would love any advice on effective tools or methods you use.

I would say only 1/2 would make it thru their quality check for size and color.

We drafted a short-term “use agreement” giving her a couple of months to find a new spot for her outdoor furniture and tools.

Most of the time, quality is sacrificed. 

I spoke with a mortgage "quality auditor" recently who said he knocked on 600 doors last month.
