I can also see the ends of the Commuter Rail lines being good too...like Haverhill for instance The Salem/Beverly area is great and pretty pro-development/housing from what I'm hearing.

I know a lot of investors have done very well in Peirce County but I just haven't learned or know enough about that market to make an investment there.Washington state properties are expensive and can be difficult to make breakeven let alone cash flow at this moment due to the combination of high prices and interest rates.

If I was the buyer's broker, I would have checked myself to protect my client.If they had, then they would have found out it was not a three family.Its a valid point.In NM, our zoning / city doesn't post # of units publicly, only high density residential or low density.
