@Miranda LeMaster If your agent can not offer you a good commercial option, then you are working with a personal lines agent and you may want to think about making a change sooner than later.Ideally you want to have 2 separate insurance programs.  1 for your personal and 1 for you business/commercial exposures.  

Unfortunately, there are also a few people who have popped up on BP trying to sell a crappy real estate-related program but fortunately the majority of the experienced investors on here don't fall under this category (plus the program spammers tend to get banned sooner or later).  

Sounds like you might be better off to cut your ties to this one sooner than later. 

You would need to ask contractors.You buy something already built and renovate, you get tenants in and start making money that much sooner.

I've done deals, found creative solutions, and, yes—it's been absolutely worth it.If you want a discount link I can provide that as well I would sooner invest in FTX.

I wish I had started sooner, but my advice is make sure you are happy (or strive to be) on a daily basis by following and nurturing your passion (specially if it is not related to real state!)

I keep paying to sms an upload fresh lists on "faith" that sooner or later the faithful bird will get a worm.   

You want to buy more rentals, so why not use the money to get started on that sooner rather than later?
