hard to compare both exactly but I would say we may be higher on the scale overall than many areas (and maybe moving on up further after this morning and this afternoon)

Yes, it's true that you might be able to find a product you need at a greater discount when a brand like Wayfair or CB2 is having a sale, but I've found that they truly do offer superior discounts at scale, even considering the fee. 

Trying to decide what is next as we scale.  

So, I dove in.The first thing that stood out to me was the scale of the issue.

I would like to think it is worth it, and that I could run a business model that serves fewer customers really well rather than deliver basic services at scale.  

Everyone is hiding something at scale so when you just operate based on the numbers, you miss the whole show.

I looked at local companies, and while many locals have great boots on the ground, they lack the economies of scale and systems like what Avantstay uses to attract, vet, monitor, and enforce.
