It’s just 7 miles from the beach, 2 miles from a large new hospital and medical campus, and within 2 miles of the county government offices.

Who governs the bank and what would they do about that bank president who knowingly did this is more of what I’m looking to research.

As Jeff stated, it would give local governments the authority to impose rent control on Landlords and the State won't be able to stop them.Rent control is bad.

If the government wants to send you a notice or you get sued, it will likely go to your address of record for the LLC.

I work for General Dynamics Electric Boat which has decades long contracts with the US government and the turnover rate is relatively high in the company so my thoughts are if I could choose a place that is within commute distance there and within the price range of the average employee that maybe that could be a great idea but I want to know if people think that is too much of an assumption and risk to make?
