I do have a signed agreement to have utilities changed to my name on my rentals in the event of nonpayment because of the fear of frozen pipes.

I had 1 contractor look at the house and quote me a verbal amount of 30k worth of rehab, kitchen, cosmetic work on the 2 baths glazing tubs add 2 new toilets and 1 new sink, hardwood floors, new carpets for steps and may do carpets in 2 rooms, add a new roof, but now here comes the kicker there are frozen pipes.

I've called and found that there was a frozen pipe that burst.

Back when the markets were frozen and you could pull cash together they were the golden child because lenders were not lending.

Just go to Wal Mart and buy the supplies, and buy any personal supplies while I'm there (dog food, canned goods, clay pigeons ((we go through a lot)), frozen seafood, etc).Now if I have a group of 20-30 guys in my places, I go ahead and buy all the restocking items ahead of time. 

I would not want a situation where my account was frozen. 

Would it be kosher to buy boxes of frozen costco pizza and leave them in the freezer.
