It's a nice fad that is in its own bubble and I think its going to pop soon unless you are in a very well established area that is very pro-STR. 

Not the -no down payment- fad.. 

Its a fad and in my opinion it’s dumb.

I dont target any specific arena in terms of what "particular type" I buy, I buy with a specific mindset and discipline, avoiding things such as restaurants, "fad based businesses", franchises, and the likeness. 

If so are tiny homes a fad that is here today and gone tomorrow?
