It won't show dust, footprints, or scratches as much as a darker color would.I'm also a big fan of large format porcelain tile.

I just bought a nice 12x18 porcelain tile for a smaller bathroom at an outlet supply house for $.99 a SF.

Added new marble like porcelain tile and double glass doors replaced louver doors in adjoining closet.

You can't damage porcelain over steel just by putting water and people in it.

And porcelain (not ceramic) tile is damn-near indestructible.

About 1/10th the labor of porcelain or ceramic tile.

Bleach can be used effectively on nonporous surfaces such as porcelain, but won't kill all the mold/mildew found on non-porous surfaces.

Lee, good feedbackYes, I think outlets, but USB outlets is a good one -I can but the idea that the large amenities like pools, hot tubs etc are limited usage by residentsI think a hard surface top maybe not granite is awesome - I really like the porcelain tops out in the market, I will look into Ikea (great suggestion) - did not know they had hard surface topsWould love to the in-unit laundry just could not swing it hereThis building has concrete slabs between floors so I think Im good here - not sure about soundproofing between walls here, I was in a unit and did not hear the neighbors - This building will have new stainless steel dishwashers

I agree with many of the posts but another add is using porcelain tile that is used for bathrooms.
