that is more a RV park. the MBH parks down here. we typically own the land, lot, and trailers. there is a reason but long story short, if i just own the lot and they dont pay the fee. i do not have the biggest teeth to push the need for my money. but if i own it all, my experience says it is a better path

we can do it not rented but rate will be significantly higher. easier and more cost effective to rent it. unless the bridge money needs to be paid back asap or you need the funds back to buy more, then a cost analysis needs to be done. personally id get it rented at market rent or a touch below if time is a factor.

So many "investors" bury themselves in complex, expensive situations to protect themselves from some unknown threat to their non-existent business.Figure out if you have any shooting skills (or even enjoy the game) before spending money on $600 Nikes or an indoor basketball court.

If he does pay, then you can just  cancel it but if he does not, you haven't wasted more time and have delayed the eviction process even longer.
