For properties that need upgrades, rehab or furniture, investors will need the time or team to execute. - Performance expectations.

@Madison SloanTo start house hacking, focus on saving for your down payment, researching target markets like Salt Lake City or North Idaho, and building a strong team of professionals, including an agent and lender.

It is hard work but a small team can build them pretty quick.

A lot of people think they can just come to the Midwest, buy C or D property with no team in place and reap cash flow.
