You might have more competition but if you can be a dominating person and eventually you will get more calls from the prospects that need help.

Because they know you must do repeat advertising, when you do that, the response rate will dominate and help you build your own clientele and e-mail list.

Some of the ways I use to generate income is through joint ventures, wholesaling and coaching people on how to basically dominate their local real estate markets using the internet.Think about this for a moment, if you have a list of real estate investors and you come across a killer flip, all you'll have to do is send few emails to your list and someone might pick that property up within minutes.Let me know if you have any other questions.Peter

That was absolute insanity.Read the first 100 or so pages of Kevin Phillips' new book, "American Theocracy" wherein he traces the rise AND FALL of other nations over the past several hundred years, based solely on their DOMINANCE of (and then, unfortunately their inability to adapt from) the "best available" ENERGY SOURCE OF THE TIME.The Netherlands in the 16th-18th century controlled WATER and WIND power to such an extant that they could automate shipbuilding to such an extent that they ruled the (commercial) waves, and were able to free their workforce from many labor intensive tasks.
