Most of the electrical and plumbing I handle with my crew and then I have a couple other electricians for disconnects and panel box work.My interest is in talking with you first to see if it is a good fit and then possibly using my planning time and my crew for your work.My father leads my crew and he has a lifetime of experience in all aspects of building.

I received a quote from a local company to do the full tear down, permits and disconnects for an 800sf house.  

Billy was using the garden hose during the entire winter and not disconnecting the hose.

The inspector crawled under the house (manu home) and discovered that the heating ducts were disconnected, but apparently missed the fact that the water lines were also disconnected. 

I have tenant who has electricity under his name and I have sign landlord contract with electricity company.My question if tenant stops paying his bill Question:Electricity is under tenant name but will get defaulted to me if doesn’t pay it.So my question is what to do in this situation if he is not paying electricity and it get defaulted under my name can I legally tell electricity provider to disconnect electricity while tenant is living there as this is due to his fault not paying his bill for electricity and I have nothing to do with it.thx/

They also NEED to have access to updated information a lot of the services out there dont have updated information so you could be paying for old numbers that are disconnected!

I can't really contact them since their former phone number seems to be disconnected so I am going to keep the deposit.
