Tear Down Costs, Hampton Roads

Hey BP, I just wanted you to know that I'm in the process of doing a tear down to build a new construction in Hampton VA. I received a quote from a local company to do the full tear down, permits and disconnects for an 800sf house. It's going to cost me $6,500 to tear down and take all debris away.
