What I find interesting is that drug laws have stayed on the books as long as they have.

A new teacher had to rent a studio in a  multi-family house considered a "drug house."

I feel like talking to a drug dealer when talking with them. 

We were also out $150 for our cleaning company and a couple of weeks rent.This was an overdose and the insurance  didn't cover any drug related damage but did cover damages from body in unit for several days.

If I were to create a graph or chart that shows out of 10 possible candidates to hire, and show the amount that have a drug or alcohol problem, you would be shocked.

I do believe he has a niece that is strung out on drugs.

His sister is a drug addict and currently he doesn't know where she is.

I had to evict my first tenant and she drug it out to the last minute.

Ive challenged them on this since there was not vote by the homeowners, that im aware of, and they essentially quoted as 2008 law  that says the the board can: (18) Exercise any other powers necessary and proper for the governance and operation of the association.The reason they have implemented is that there was a bad landlord that allowed a tenant to rent that eventually got busted for drugs.   

Especially if it will be worth more in a year (as long as the law suit is really only going to take a year...as I’m sure you are well aware law suits can get drug out with continuances).
