We decided to go with a DSCR in the LLC name to help protect our personal assets… We are near closing which has taken WAY too long in my opinion… (we are on month 3 with 3 extensions)…Regardless, at this point 2 of the 4 of us in the partnership are being asked to sign as guarantors of the loan…1 Is this normal?

Can I use a local notary or would I have to go to a US consulate/embassy. 

Would I still have to go through closing lawyers and get the deed updated to my name or LLC?

I have my credit where it needs to be have a down payment saved of around 17k and looking into Host financial to go through for my first deal I am wondering has anyone personally used it and how do you like the company and the process thank you and looking forward to the journey 

I achieve higher LTC financing because of the strength of the real estate without having to go to hard money lenders.
