Does the Sponsor have history through an economic downturn, longevity overall as a company, and are they commercial real estate practitioners in more than just the syndication space?  

Hi allI have a commercial rental with a large national dental tenant (they have about 200 clinics nationally).  

I'd love to be able to climb and camp more, work less, maybe send myself back to school for a nurse practitioner license even though I won't make more money. 

here are some of my questions, would love some thoughts on these from some experience LO practitioners...thanks!

The stipulation is that they must choose from a small list of marketable associates degrees like one of the trades degrees, dental hygienist, some expensive coding certifications, etc and be employed for a certain period of time using that degree/certification. 

Using your analogy, in this case I have a common cold so I need a general practitioner, not a lung surgeon. 

Dental services?

Something to keep in mind is that this has been one of the roughest tax seasons on practitioners in recent history. 

It’s at the discretion of the practitioner to not bill certain work.
