This is where ethics kicks in, over valuing your position based on fabricated justifications instead of what charges are customary in the market for the same service, not only is it to ethics but also is to law, as dealers that overcharge beyond what is customary will generally be shot down.Now, through my regulatory eyes, net listing goes deeper than Karl's definition into the intent of the law, that being that 1. services provided carry a set valuation and 2. that a licensee does not take equity from a transaction that would be due an owner.

Now if there was a major injury, there's a good chance that a court may throw out the waiver and hold us responsible, even with a waiver signed, which is why I do not want to employ anyone for work requiring ladders, granite fabrication, roof work or other high liability jobs.

In addition, the area below the sill was all disintegrated We replaced the window sill with a fabricated Corian sill (a local place did that) and we also put a broad Corian apron below it to replace the tiles and wonder board that had disintegrated.
