I am looking to connect with local (to myself) investors who have made the leap out of state. 

I was made to think "if you've put this much time, money, and effort into perfecting the development of secondary suites into SFR's, why would you move your focus onto another strategy?"

We discussed this in an earlier post.Obviously, if loans are being made without any provision in the Operating Agreement, it’s time to get in touch with your State Securities Protection Division - usually a part of the State Attorney General Consumer Protection Agency.

I've been reasonably happy with this so far, since it's made the process fairly passive. 

Their customer relations person quit and you can NEVER talk to someone in person.  

I made so much more income without them.
