Years ago, I lived on the outskirts of town, and when I'd drive my VW Bus into town. there was an old man in a black wool coat (it could be 100 outside, still the same) he had long gray hair (he looked like a character on Laugh In) and he'd be hitchhiking.

I am sure you are an honest guy, but in the past, so many investors have pulled the wool over the eyes of the banks and made it look like the paid more for the home than they did just to pull out extra coin.
