Years ago, I lived on the outskirts of town, and when I'd drive my VW Bus into town. there was an old man in a black wool coat (it could be 100 outside, still the same) he had long gray hair (he looked like a character on Laugh In) and he'd be hitchhiking.

I use SW-Realist Biege for walls, Cotton White for trim/doors and Spalding Gray for an accent wall in different locations.

You'll need to fill the entire area with steel wool and gap filler.

The Cotton Center just across the street is a huge, more-upscale commercial district.

It just blows my mind, coming from where I'm at in my career (pretty close to the beginning) that anyone would think that I'm trying to pull the wool over their eyes about some kind of "guru" situation.

I am sure you are an honest guy, but in the past, so many investors have pulled the wool over the eyes of the banks and made it look like the paid more for the home than they did just to pull out extra coin.

either he thinks he is pulling the wool over your eyes or he likes using outdated comps.I understand what he is trying to do with that value but I was wondering who would accept that as a justifiable valuation.
