Cash out refinance on a rental in CA
So I'm picking up my second rental. Here are the specs:
purchase price: $81k
zestimate: $115k
current rent: $1,225 /mo
zestimate for rent: $1445
Location: Sacramento, CA
Size: 1445 sqft
Bed/Bath: 3/2
year built: 2008
We are buying the house cash to make things easier/faster but are looking to finance it to get most of our money back out. We have money in the bank and 820-850 credit. Any recommendations? We are in Northern, CA. I'm looking to get the lowest possible rate and I'm not sure what banks would be a good fit. I talked to BoA a couple min ago and I would have to wait 6 months and the rate would be 5.75% which is high imo and I didn't want to wait 6 mos.
Anyways anxious to hear what you guys have to say. I'm a long time lurker of bp so I'm glad to have my first post out of the way.
