You can also be running a legal risk for not negotiating in good faith.

Some of the borrowers will accept their faith and try to get out before the foreclosure takes place, and others stay there hopelessly until the very end which is sad to see someties.  

How did you decide for (or against) making that leap of faith to leave the corporate world and work for yourself?
