It needs flooring (some rooms were partially floored and the rest was cement, it needed paint interior and exterior, and had lots of items that went to the curb (including a spinet piano).

The cost of lumber went up, he forgot about finishing out the upstairs bedroom, didn't put anything in the budget for the stair case and other misc. items.

They can't buy and must rent, but their hips and knees won't allow them to climb stairs!  

The only places i have carpet are both sets of stairs, 3 bedrooms, and a short walkway between the two bedrooms. 

I am planing for a new basement renovation like 2 bedroom full bathroom, Kitchen and concrete stair exit from side.

I am looking for a framer/carpenter to frame new interior walls and a new 2 story stair.

We need to do some modifications to our attic stairs to meet code.Thank you in advance!

Well they asked me to come over and take a look at a new tear spot on the stairs and asked if they put $1000 towards the carpet if they could get it replaced.

I will not target anyplace with stairs either.

I want to convert that attic to a master bed with stairs access from backyard.
