There are requirements that some debris must be in approved containers under the supervision of licensed contractors (even in the approved container is two plastic trash bags in a cardboard box with taped seals).If you have a house/structure to get rid of out in a rural area, your local fire department may solve most of your problem with a training exercise burning it down.

Try this, maybe this sounds crazy but I know it works:Step 1) Buy a map of your city or townStep 2) map out where all the "Big Box" stores are, or shopping malls.Step 3) Make up some weatherproof cardboard signs saying "I buy houses" and include your phone number and or website.

@J Scott  agreed on the area.. most low end areas I have seen  when I look at that video and Ned I assume that was Ned leading the charge.. was able to remove a plastic pane and some card board and walk in and the persons belongs are still there..
