Do I find a builder to talk to first?

We have a builder in Charlotte that constructs multi family and the numbers are pretty good.

A builder can demo that house much cheaper than you could.

This bill is meant to help first time home buyers while also incentivizing builders to build more starter homes rather than bigger more expensive homes.

I don't build new homes with builders, but I believe construction costs are high and time frames long based on my remodel experience.

When doing renovations to a property you should notify the carrier in advance and they may require a builders risk policy as well.
