@Jordan DecuirAdvantages (for me)Volume of transactions and repeat businessUsually less emotional and more fact based decisions which fit my personalityA niche that many other agents aren't good atI get to help people build wealthI like numbers and analyzing dealsI was an investor before an agent so I understand themDisadvantages (for me)I walk through lots of junky houses and I like to dress nice usually lolMany offers to get a deal (being paperless helped this tremendously)I won't call it a disadvantage but the fix and flips and small multi families I work w investors on usually have a smaller sales price than the retail buyers.
