Account ClosedI'm actually originally from Pittsburgh but I left while still unable to dress myself so I'm not sure how much a native I can really call myself anymore.

I usually will go by with a friend (both of us dressed in business casual) and just chat with the residents. 

As for the 20% are scum and lie, you have a choice, if that is not you, then be yourself, act and dress professional, and let folks see you are there to provide a service, not just for the money.

Do I have to dress a certain way?

YOu will always have the mutli millionaire who looks dress's and acts like a pauper..

Oh, and dress casual, clean, nice, not looking like you're on the way to a Kendrick Lamar concert!  

Dress nicely when you visit them and be as professional as possible, that will score you lots of points.Good luck.

I would just clean it and dress it up with shutters and paint the door.
