The house hack aspect will make most properties a good deal (of course you still want to run your numbers and ensure this), but if you can find something that is closer to the turnkey side it will be a good intro to real estate.

Why not just write the initial $50k offer in the name of your company and avoid the wholesale aspect of it altogether?

Also, I’m curious—have you found that lenders’ confidence grows after seeing how smoothly things run, or are there certain aspects of the deal where they tend to focus their due diligence?
