Have actually just started doing this with metal framed hanging mirrors that got scratched up. 

Find a strategy you like to mirror and put your own twist it.  

If they dont have this kind of data readily available for you then you just keep asking specific questions and often mirror questions. 

Do they structure in a way where it mirrors the regular 30-year fixed rate except the term to pay off the loan in full is more immediate, e.g. 5-8 years.

That said, when I use a vacation rental and am paying a $75 cleaning fee, you wouldn't catch me scrubbing the mirror and faucets if my kids got some toothpaste spittle on them- that's what the cleaning fee is for.

Or should I loan the money to the LLC mirroring the same conditions as my lender?

Look at overall layout and function of Kitchen.Baths:  cabinets any sign of mold, general condition, everywhere, any sign of mold, function and condition of shower, tub, facet, sink, toilet, mirror condition?
