Our main one does have a presence in Western NC but I believe it's more in the Banner Elk area.

I just had a consultation with their company and I believe they said they are expanding into this market around banner elk, blowing rock, and the towns around Smoky Mtn National Park.

The emphasis of the post I was trying to make was that people should think about being a blessing while they’re still alive and I do agree that some charities even though they are under that banner are not all what they are cracked up to be.

So far It's on Zillow, Craigslist, I have a 3'x 8' FOR SALE banner posted on the property, and I'm sending marketing materials to area commercial contractors, medical commercial contractors, urgent care chains doing business in NJ, and the same for dental. 

Instead, I call Banner Supply (my local supply shop who also gives me 10% off as a contractor/landlord) and they were able to quote me $3400 for the materials, and then put me in contact with a couple of HVAC installers that they recommend who offered to do the job for me for $800-$1,250.
