@Roshan K.Ya I know it looks sketchy and defeats the purpose of the LLC but I figure if I kept the funds seperate and can prove that they were used for business purposes only it wouldn't be so bad as a temporary fix.

I am simply trying to offer a solution that is fair to both parties that allows the property to stay in the family.The biggest problem is they are having trouble refinancing the property due to credit balances.

I don't require it through Airbnb, but I do through Vrbo, because they are notorious for not backing you up when a guest does a charge back on their credit card.

Sadly there’s a lot of bad actors out there peddling similar courses and schemes.

It seems that rent has grown faster than jobs, and its hard to keep up with the rent at rates like $1400 in that area.From looking at crime, that neighborhood was lower than all of Westland, so I am surprised to hear its so bad.

Your agent should be able to help with your deal analysis, consulting on whether a deal is good/bad, learning neighborhoods, estimating renovations, building your team, etc.
