I second @Michael Plaks question (I think NV, WY, DE LLC's for RE are amusing but not really useful, holding companies excepted in certain circumstances) and will add one:What is the benefit of a Series LLC over a regular LLC, other than cost savings? 

It must be a new purchase.However, a musing occurs in my mind. 

I've taken close to $100K of cash out through refinancing and am using that to continue investing.  

I am using a PA blight law to take over a property through the courts. 

But, the condos with the best lakeviews rent more often (30% or better) The ones closest to the amusement park rent better.

Hello allI am making great progress to purchase my first rental property (multi unit) and i am using BRRR strategy.

I am using Android and when I hit the spacebar it deletes the word. 

Thankfully, I have not overpaid for a property :) I am using the BP calculators to evaluate the deals financially.I have financial backing and so I'm looking to partner-up with contractors and/or partners who have done big rehabs on small multifamily properties (2-5 units).

I’ll definitely re-create the spreadsheet I am using and incorporate @Justin Fox’s info and your recommendation to run differing scenarios.
