Then you need to get a decent loan for the balance, very hard in the cannabis industry.I love the ambition but I recommend starting a bit smaller to start.

@Coua Lee I love the excitement and ambition for real estate investing.

We even have occasional text conversations about real estate in general and his suggestions.They are a newer company with ambitions bigger than only collecting rent. 

Has anyone else had these same ambitions?

Like everyone else on this site with ambition, when I hit $1 million in revenue per month and have a bunch of write offs, I'm sure I'll start building personal experience ;)

I am looking to buy my next rental property, even though I’m young there’s ambition and a realization that house hacking is legit.

So while I’m new to the industry, I think I’ve got the right systems in place to sustain my new real estate ambitions. 

Moving to the New Orleans area and changing careers to the oil industry has put me in a good market with solid income to more readily achieve my ambitions of supplementing my income and eventually replacing it through cash flowing rentals and flips.
