Due to the damage done, it is simply not enough for them to stop selling my products,  the world needs to know that WE didn't rip them off, it is THEM that took my products so I can restore my business reputation and not need to somehow prove to my potential customers that we are the creators of that design, our name, our logo and that WE are the real ones before they even consider joining us.That, Trevor, is what I am viciously defending.

The one place that still imo offers a good combo of being nice, being affordable and having a little upside left imo is the eastern shore of Md, I just bought a flip down there (though it’s pretty hard if not impossible to find great value add even there) but it’s affordable, growing (a lot of people coming from dc, New York, Philly area.) but still not really a big enough market that any major operators are out there yet.
