Follow who is paying the taxes and you will find the decision maker, or someone very close to the decision maker.

The combo of being both the originator and the decision maker and the need to grow from for their investors certainly will be a hard thing to manage and even if it works out ok here I would be surprised if someone doesn't mismanage it somewhere.

I don't want to move in, and not doing so requires more money and holding costs; but once I get that first great profit maker, I should be good to go.
