Most of my acquisitions have been single family houses in a neighborhood called East Tacoma (in Tacoma, WA).  

My name is Eric and I currently reside in the Tacoma, WA area.

Does anyone have thoughts on how the area compares to the Tacoma area?  

Most of the bids we win aren't because of first mover advantages we have developed.

And they are of course brokers and movers and shakers.Looks like lots of meeting to go to.. thats for sure.

Hi area Realtors,I'm looking for a broker who can help me find (and purchase) buy and hold rental property in the Tacoma/Federal Way/Des Moines areas.  

My friend is a well known real estate agent in Tacoma and I met with her last week to tell her of my goal to invest in a 4-plex (house-hacking) to start my plan to become a real estate investor.

A famous investor couple in Tacoma had 500 homes in the 1990s.

I said we may be able to give a credit through escrow before closing as long as the funds are appropriated towards movers and close when the property has had all the belongings (they wish to take) out of it.
