Do you recommend any resources I can use to educate myself of landlord-tenant laws? 

@Zach Lemaster I think that is a great point; we are getting a phenomenal education along the way, and it is a heck of a lot cheaper than college. 

Consider this the cost of your education.

I know other local RE investors well enough to potential ask that they take on my child’s continuing RE education and I think it would be in both of our best interests.
