It's easy once you know where everything is and once the basement (in NE we tend to have basements) is well lit.  

The short version is that you have a ton of high-end rental competition all over the North Loop, NE Minneapolis, and Uptown and you're competing against Billionaire's (Think Doran Properties).

I would be working in the Crystal City area, but it seems the most affordable properties I've found are either NE D.C. or down around Indian Head* or Heights*.

It's just outside a major city in Nebraska and less than 10 minutes away from an Air Force Base that provides great opportunity for future tenants.

The prospects are great for those of us that own with pricing looking to rise between 8-10% in NE Florida in 2018.
