The ROW @ Dietz Elkhorn is a 27 duplex community between San Antonio and Boerne.

Everywhere I turn all I see are pitches for affordable housing and the same (not so) compelling arguments regurgitated by syndicators, capital raisers, brokers etc. for the investment strategy....strong returns...lower volatility....supply (huh?)

And this is coming from someone who has done that.  

Lumber and plywood went up to the sky and then came back down but not down to previous levels everything else rose and stuck.

I’ve learned the hard way that a little miscommunication can lead to big headaches.

Basically, the money used in this type of financing comes from "Wall Street".

Unless you have a clause in the purchase of the entity that clearly makes you responsible for the entity from the day that you buy it(Indemnification) I wouldn't bother with the LLC.Good luck man. all the best!

It's huge and they have lots and lots of people coming in for events and missionary-type postings so they tend to make up a fair portion of the renters and, historically, are good renters.

I’m looking for a place to rent or buy but for a decent price. I know you have to buy nice and secure lol
