This type of thinking stimulates a different part of the brain as now when presented this way you start to think “**** that’s only a lunch or two out a week, maybe a couple shots at the bar on Friday night or something along those lines and when you look at it in that context it makes it hard to pass up on the house you really want for just a couple shots of whiskey per month or lunch out occasionally.

One other point, on the residential side we are a very long way from the bottom from a few years ago and much of that is due to artificial stimulation from the FED.  

As HI is a costly state to foreclose in, as you said above no NODs only LPs (Judicial/Lawyer State).

I for one believe it is much more productive to cut taxes to stimulate as reagan did than have the government administer any other type of "spending program".

He and his moderators seem to have a way of keeping people relaxed and stimulating good conversation where the other boards have seemingly shut people down and made them feel and look foolish for asking questions and suggesting ideas.
