I feel for you with your name and having a similar business model (to his supposed model not actual one I mean).

They seem to lack substance listening to their initial information.I liked Mark Podolsky but I was not a fan of his model. 

U guys earn every dime you get and when I read about Jorge ( cant remember the company) but knew the bizz model.

You need to use IRR modeling since cash flows are not evenly distributed.

Personally I don't think this lends itself well to the fund model. 

Hi All, my names Josh, I'm a kiwi living in the UK building the portfolio with a unique business model which brings into other investors into a compoinding model with both Capital and perpetual returns.i have a well developed process and network here in the UK and New Zealand, wanting to explore the US market.

Currently finalizing a deal for another property with a different individual investor where we will have the same payout model, but they will put up a bit more cash to cover all the admin work I have to do to set things up. 

I actually used to have a game modeled after Monopoly that was called Slumlord😂 same type of antics with buying property, maintenance cards, dealing with code enforcement etc… Bought it at a real estate convention 

It’s not about chaining yourself to a rigid model; it’s about giving yourself a reliable starting point, so when the next tempting deal in Phoenix’s midtown corridor pops up, you know it fits into your broader strategy rather than just hoping it’ll magically work out.At the end of the day, nobody’s going to knock on your door and hand you a neatly packaged portfolio.

@Albert Hepp I see that you have been offering flat fees for years and that is your business model to undercut market rates.
