Metropolis in Colorado?

I don't think it will hit Texas unless we fulfill Jefferson's expectations (all of NA), which is obviously very unlikely.  

If you are looking for MHP investing info then Jefferson's comment is good advice as well. 

I would not be scared to walk there at night, nor any area in the fox cities  but that location along with the Jefferson park area in Kenosha is about as bad as it get in the fox cities in my opinion.

I manage a property on Jefferson Street, near Steelpointe and have had no crime issues for years.  

Richmonders would not consider Warwick Ave apart of Manchester, it gets more lumped into "Jefferson Davis area" or Broad Rock.

I have moved to Houston from the Charlotte area in March 2015, so I'm still learning a lot about this sprawling metropolis.
