I've paraphrased the way NC sees the interface between brokers and the public.

And kudos to the web design team; great interface with the website and the iPhone app. 

If adding tenants manually, the user interface is confusingAltogether, I've found it to be a net positive tool, especially considering that it's free.

Since their only interface is through the PM now, it removed me from the equation and with that I think a lot of their frustrations became out out of sight, out of mind.

Google pushes over 1700 changes to the AdWords interface alone each year.I wouldn't despair - just realize that there's never going to be "one thing" - just a constant struggle to stay educated, stay on top of your game, etc.And believe me - I know.
