You will also likely need street/sidewalk closure permits at different points in the jobUtility Taps- Water, Sprinkler, Sewer, Power, Gas, Cable (this is likely negligible as the cable company should do it for you)Excavation/Foundation- Are there buildings on either side?

That does not include all other fee, keep in mind that STR property managers deal with the high turnover, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, dealing with all the furniture, appliances, services like cable, internet,  and all other amenities including pools if you have one. let me know if you need a referral to a STR property manager or if you have any other questions.

Due to the nightly rental potential Airbnb sounds like it could produce quite a bit more income but obviously I would have to pay for all the utilities lawn care cable and Internet as well as having it cleaned each time a customer left.
