People typically run traffic to “We’ll Buy Your House” ads and I don’t want to enter any murky legal territory with mine.

Add to this the rapidly evolving regulatory climate with additional disclosures many wholesalers are required to make before entering into contracts. 

You have to be willing to move from the sidelines and enter the arena. 

I am still super excited even after about a year now of learning and entering into the community, yet to achieve a wholesale deal.

They can provide a hassle-free way to enter the market since the properties are already renovated and often come with tenants in place.

But with people entering highly sensitive information, it can't just go anywhere.

If you don't have appropriate funds to enter a physical asset-- meaning physical risks, humans to manage, etc., then it's best to wait until you do or invest in a REIT.You're just not fit...right now. 

But we would have to manually enter everything in to podio.

I am reluctant to recommend anyone wait to enter the RE market because no one knows the future.
